Gov’t must declare a National day of special prayers – Bishop Adu

Bishop J Y Adu of New Jerusalem Temple has suggested to President John Mahama to declare national days of SPECIAL PRAYERS and FASTING to cry to God for protection and safety.

His suggestion follows recent deaths that have been occurring in the country.

Bishop Adu did not however mention the number of days that should be declared.

He said though death is inevitable, pouring of supplications unto God as the Ruler of all things could change circumstances.

“News on fatal accidents, death of State Officials, etc are rising to the rafters in an election year. Something ought to be done and that is collective prayer and fasting season for the nation”, he indicated in an interview with Hellofm’s King Edward.
