Aim Higher Africa and Nasco Electronics donate computer tablets to school

Leading education not-for-profit organisation Aim Higher Africa along with it’s technology partner Nasco Electronics this week donated 100 tablets to the Farida Secondary School in Nungua as part of its initiative to introduce interactive learning environments in Ghana.

The initiative which has been running since last year seeks to empower teachers in traditional learning environments with the tools to incorporate ICT within the curriculum.

Speaking at the event, Founder Peace Hyde said “we are proud to be able to donate these tablets with the help of our partner Nasco who also share our vision to help improve the standards of teaching in our schools. It is our hope that these tools go a long way in helping students understand the power of ICT in today’s world”.
