Magistrate appeals for a modern toilet facility for court

Half Assini (W/R), Sept. 4, GNA- Mr John Brown Tandoh, Jomoro District Magistrate has appealed to the Jomoro District Assembly to provide a new place of convenience for the court and its staff. He said the existing one made of wood and aluminium sheets is in a very deplorable state and did not promote environmental sanitation. Mr Tandoh who made the appeal through the Ghana News Agency (GNA) at Half Assini on Wednesday, said he had made persistent appeals to the assembly but has received no response.

He said “the stench from the existing dilapidated wooden toilet facility and the nature of the urinal are disturbing to public gallery at the court.”

Mr Tandoh suggested that a water closet toilet facility to replace the old structure.
