Three armed robbers grabbed in Nsawam

The Nsawam Police on Friday arrested three armed robbers travelling from Nkansah a village in the area to the Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipality.

The suspects were driving a corolla salon car with registration number GR 5274/14 which they had earlier seized at Akwamu on the Coalter road new Suhum also in the Eastern region.

Superintendent of Police, Mr Magnus Reindorf Sam, Nsawam Municipal Police Commander told the Ghana News Agency that the suspects are Kwame Emmanuel 23, a student of Advance Business College, Accra, Ohene Yakwa Yeboah 37, a driver at Akim Oda and Ebenezer Owusu 41, a contractor at Winneba.

Supt Reindof said a locally manufactured gun which they used in the act has been seized by the police.
