Esuohyia gets 10 million cedis library

Ekumfi Esuohyia (C/R) Aug. 23, GNA- The Director of Education at Twifo-heman-Denkyira District, Ms Regina Longdon on Friday inaugurated a 10-million cedis library for the people at Esuohyia in the Mfantseman District.

The Ghana Education Project, an NGO at Komenda provided funds for the project construction of the library and books worth 25 million cedis.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms Longdon appealed to people in the area especially school children to patronise the library to improve upon their academic performance.

Nana Essi Brempong II chief of Esuohyia thanked the NGO for its gesture and hoped they would continue to assist the community from time to time.
