A 24-year young man identified as Nasiru Nsoh has been shot to death by Police on duty at Namoo in the Bongo District of the Upper East Region Bolgatanga-based A1 Radio reports.

The incident according to a brother of the deceased happened on their return from Bolgatanga to Namoo at about 3pm on Saturday January 2, 2016.

Wahab Nsoh, who claimed he was riding on a motorbike with the deceased, said they quickly had to maneuver through a different route on seeing police personnel at a barrier when they suspected that the police might stop them because they were all not in a crash helmet though the motorbike on which they were riding is registered.
