Man rescues kids trapped in raging fire

A Man bravely rescued his two children trapped in a raging fire at Akyem Kukurantumi in the Eastern region.

The dawn fire which razed down a 4-bedroom house occurred on New Year’s Day.

According to Starr News’ Eastern regional correspondent Kojo Ansah, Kwaku Oduro defied the fire which was spreading quickly to the room where his two children were deeply asleep and managed to rescue them .

He, however, sustained minor injuries.

The fire was later quenched by officials of the Fire service with the help of some volunteers in the community.
