Three medical facilities at LaNNMA receive drugs donation

Three Polyclinics in the La-Nkwantanang-Madina Municipality (LaNMMA), on Thursday received eight bags containing assorted medical drugs valued at $37,000 from Mr Tony Kokutse, a nurse from the United States.

The beneficiary polyclinics included; the Madina Polyclinic at Kelekele Park, the Madina Polyclinic at the Rawlings Circle and the University of Ghana Medical School’s outstation Polyclinic at Danfa.

The assorted drugs included: Fragyl, Amoxicillin, Cyprolex, Pain-Killers, Respiratory Inhalers and Burn Creams.

Presenting the assorted drugs, Mr Kokutse, on behalf of Karen Hall, Director of CTOMA, Texas and Scott Hudson of Hudson Staffing in Tennesee decided to stretch a helping hand to assist the medical facilities to enhance medical treatment.

Receiving the items, Madam Priscilla Anima Siaw, Municipal Director of Health, expressed gratitude to the donors.

She pleaded with public-spirited individuals and organisations to send more drugs to help facilitate the recovery of patients.
