“Politicians Wear Juju On Waist” – Pastor

A renowned pastor of the Methodist Church has attributed Ghana’s woes and underdevelopment to the negative and ungodly attitudes and practices of some politicians whom he claim relegated God to the background in their day-to-day activities for the running of the affairs of state.

He said, “there is evidence that in the past some politicians had talismans and other supposedly powerful juju around their waists which they felt could protect them from harm and danger.”

The Very Reverend J.M. Fynn Aikins, pastor in charge of the Twifo Praso Saint Stephen’s Methodist Church made that stunning disclosure when the Deputy Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Captain (RTD) Nkrabeah Effah Dartey, visited the church to worship with them.
