Bisease Development Association renovates schools

Ajumako-Bisease (C/R), Aug 8, GNA- Two school blocks, one each for the Catholic and Anglican Junior Secondary Schools (JSS) at Ajumako-Bisease, which have been renovated at a cost of 10 million cedis by the town’s development association were on Friday inaugurated.

The Ajumako-Enyan-Essiam District Circuit Supervisor of the Ghana Education Service, Ms Ama Afare, thanked the association for its gesture but expressed concern about the low enrolment of pupils in schools in the town.

Ms Afare appealed to the association to extend its assistance to other needy schools in the area. The Adontenhene of the Ajumako Traditional Area, Nana Okofo Kwakora Gyan IV, pledged the association’s determination to help improve education in the town.
