Assemblyman calls for peace in his area

Ntobroso (Ash), Aug. 7, GNA- Mr Kwabena Sakyi, Assemblyman for Ntobroso in the Atwima District of Ashanti has appealed to Nana Twum Barima Appau III, Nkawie-Kumahene, to intervene in a protracted chieftaincy dispute in the town to ensure peace and development.

Mr Sakyi told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) that due to the chieftaincy dispute, development projects including the construction of an Out Patient’s Department (OPD) for the local clinic has come to a standstill since the people have refused to offer communal labour.
