Appolonia City of Light, the mixed-use urban development near Accra, has announced a joint venture agreement to develop homes on 20 hectares of land at the landmark satellite city project.
A statement issued by Josephine Mallet, Communications Specialist, Appolonia City of Light and copied to the Ghana News Agency said the two-three bedroom houses to be constructed by Eban Properties would have prices ranging from $75,000 to $100,000. Show houses would be completed by December.
It said the residential development, called The Oxford, is the second to be announced by the project developers this year.
It recounted that in March, Appolonia launched its 24-hectare Nova Ridge residential enclave, allowing homebuyers to design and build their own homes on a range of plot sizes.

Appolonia is a 941-hectare, mixed-use urban development carefully planned for residential, commercial and light industry purposes – in a space integrated with schools, retail facilities and family parks.
Located 25 km from Accra’s Central Business District, Appolonia – City of Light would become home to 88,000 residents and 30,000 day visitors, creating a live-work-play social and economic hub that eases the burden of urbanisation on Ghana’s capital.
Imperial Appolonia is a special purpose company founded by Francis Biney and Kwabena Peprah of Imperial Holdings. Between them, they have a total of 35 years’ experience in real estate development in Ghana.
Francis specialises in developing high-end properties and Kwabena’s strength is in mid-level, affordable property.
They bring these experiences and well established supply chains to create the affordable splendour of The Oxford.
