US Medical team to give free medical care

Nsawam, July 21, GNA- A 20-member medical team from the United States (US) has arrived at Nsawam for a one-week visit during which it will give free medical care to the people at Adeiso, Ofadaa, Bawjuase and Nsawam, all in the Eastern Region.

The team is made up of doctors, nurses, pharmacists and evangelists from the Meadow Lake Baptist Church Conway Arkansas as guests of the Liberty Church of Nsawam.

Speaking to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) on Sunday at Nsawam Baptist Church, Pastor Cliff Pennington, leader of the team, said his team would give free medical care including diagnosis and eye care to communities and church members.

Pastor Kingsley Anderson and Deacon Emmanuel Kini of the Liberty Church commended the team for the visit.
