The Catholic Community of Ghana in Philadelphia invites all to the World Meeting of Families, Celebration of Mass
Pope Francis will arrive on Saturday, September 26 and speak at
Independence Hall before celebrating at the Festival of Families, a
massive free party held on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
Two days before this event, the Catholic Community of Ghana in
Philadelphia as part of this World Meeting of Families cordially
welcomes the Ghanaian communities of the Philadelphia Region.
Also welcomes those visiting our city for the World Meeting of
Families,people of all nationalities and Faiths as we come together as
one Family where “Love is our Mission the Family fully alive”.
Please join us on Thursday September 24th at 7pm at Saint Athanasius
Church, 2050 East Walnut Lane, Philadelphia, PA, 19138 for the
Celebration of Mass.
Come join us as we celebrate our Faith, A reception will follow in the
School hall.
