Two DCEs file nomination forms

Two serving District Chief Executives (DCE) in the Eastern Region have filed their nominations to contest the parliamentary primaries of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

The DCEs are Mr Mark Ofori Darko, the Ayensuano DCE, who filed his nomination forms at Coaltar in the Ayensuano Constituency, and Mr Afari Gyan, the DCE for Akuapem South, who filed his nomination forms at Aburi to contest the primaries of the party for the Akuapem South constituency.

Mr Gyan is being challenged by Ms Lawrencia Dziwornu of Aburi, while Mr Ofori-Darko is being challenged by three people – Mr Coduah Michael, Nana Yaw Teddy and Mr Francis Kuwenu.
