Loving Sisters Adopt 60 Aged People In Ho

Tema,(Greater Accra) 21 Oct. Mr. John D. Mensah, Director of Help Age, Ghana, has called on organisations and societies to show concern for the welfare of the aged. Mr. Mensah who was interacting with the executive members of ”Loving Sisters”, a Ho-based NGO, in Tema at the weekend, explained that his organisation does not distribute provisions to the aged. ”What we do is to guide and train affiliate bodies to help the aged. Mama Atrato the second, queenmother of Ho who is president of Loving Sisters, said they have adopted about 60 aged people in the Ho district and have been caring for them. Mama Atrato appealed to the youth to look after their aged parents. gri
