Triumphant Global Ministries launches Anniversary

The Reverend Dr Abraham F. Aiyelabowo, General Overseer of Triumphant Global Ministries, has bemoaned the increasing number of negative tendencies among the youth.

He cited as examples, indiscipline, alcoholism, get-rich-quick attitude, examination malpractices and drug-abuse, and pointed out that in spite of proliferation of churches in the country, such acts continued to be on the ascendancy.

Rev. Aiyelabowo made the call at the launch of the 13th Anniversary celebration of the church at Achimota in Accra on Monday.

Activities planned for the celebration which is on the theme”” The Miraculous”” are Word Impartation, Anointing Impartation services and donation to orphanage homes.

The General Overseer said the church which was started with only few people can now boast of 7,000 congregation.

He said plans were very far advanced to open branches across the country to spread the word of God.

The General Overseer said the church was also planning to put up a school and a hospital, to cater for the educational and health needs of the poor and the needy in society.

He urged the youth to work hard and put their trust in God at all times so that they could succeed in life.

The General Overseer urged religious leaders to also desist from indulging in acts that may tarnish the image of the clergy.
