The Vice President, Alhaji Aliu Mahama on Saturday at Tapa Abotoase commissioned six fibreglass boats, procured by the government at one billion 80 million cedis, to enhance health delivery to deprived island communities on the Volta lake.

The Vice President regretted that the communities had no access to social amenities and suffered deprivations.
