Police Detective Chief Inspector Birikorang Peasah, prosecuting said the complainant, Emmanuel Awuah about three months ago gave his Man Diesel articulated truck to the convict with the agreement to make sales of GH? 3,300.00 each time he returned from a trip.

The Court heard that the convict who plied Kumasi and Tema complied with the agreement until three weeks ago when his sales got short by GH? 1,000.00.
