He said the goal of the CIAG, was to provide a new breed of professionals trained strategically, administrators who would manage the economies of Ghana and Africa beyond the new millennium.

Mr Sowah-Okpoti said the commencement of its programme in Takoradi was to reduce the hardship and risks of students that had been travelling to Accra every Saturday for the programme and also offer more convenient opportunities for participants and potential students.

He announced that within its two years of operation, CIAG had been able to train over 500 top executives including ex-ministers of state, university and polytechnic lecturers, registrars, top military, police and CEPS officers.

Other beneficiaries included bank directors and managers, district co-ordinating directors, medical doctors, pharmacists, hospital and church administrators.
