Incumbent MP wins Nsuta NPP primaries

Mr Kwame Asafo Agyei, the incumbent New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Nsuta-Kwamang-Beposo has won the constituency parliamentary primaries to contest Elections 2016.

He pooled 278 votes while two other candidates, Commissioner of Police Yaw Adu Gyimah (Rtd) had 168 votes and Mr Edmond Sekyere 84 votes.

There were six rejected ballot papers.
