Diplomats in Namibia mourn with Ghana

The Ghana High Commission in Namibia opened a Book of Condolence in memory of the Kwame Nkrumah Circle fire disaster in response to the government’s declaration of three days of national mourning. Members of the Diplomatic Corps in Windhoek have called to express their condolences and also sign the Book of Condolence.
