Dr Charles Murigande, Rwandan Minister of Foreign Affairs and Co-operation, on Thursday delivered a special message from Rwandan President Paul Kagame to President John Agyekum Kufuor at the Castle, Osu.
The content of the message was not disclosed.
President Kufuor and Dr Murigande later held discussions behind closed doors.
