Akufo-Addo storms NPP headquarters

StarrFMonline.com has gathered that the 2016 flagbearer of the troubled opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) Nana Akufo-Addo Tuesday morning visited the party’s headquarters at Asylum Down in Accra.

His visit, according to StarrFMonline.com sources, was to acquaint himself with recent developments in the party.

It follows reports that a group of young men has taken over security duties at the headquarters and vowed not to allow the two embattled national executives Paul Afoko and Kwabena Agyepong access to the premises.

Meanwhile, three regions – Central, Eastern and Volta – have passed a vote of no confidence in the national chairman and general secretary following their alleged involvement in the killing of the Upper East regional chairman of the party Adams Mahama.
