LaNMMA/NADMO donate blankets to inmates of Madina Police Station

Alhaji Imam Mohammed, NADMO Co-ordinator for the La-Nkwantanang-Madina Municipal Assembly, on Thursday donated 10 blankets, a number of plastic bowls and buckets, valued at 700 Ghana Cedis to the Madina District Police Commanader, Chief Superintendent (CS) Mr. Kwesi Annor Arhin at a short ceremony at the Madina Police Station.

Donating the items, Alhaji Mohammed said the Police has been working hand-in-hand during disasters in the country and felt that such items would go a long way to assist the numerous inmates in the Madina Police Cells.

He promised that in future when more relief items come their way, his outfit will not forget them.

Receiving the Items, the District Police Commander, CS Arhin, thanked the LaNMMA NADMO Management on behalf of the Inspector-General of Police, his Regional Commander and the Divisional Commander.

The District Police Commander gave the assurance that the donation would go a long way to solve some of the pertinent problems facing the inmates at the station.

He was optimistic that other philanthropists will emulate and come their way to assist.
