Naija’s Mavin crew led by award-winning producer Don Jazzy has landed in Accra to lock horns with Ghana’s triple threat Sarkodie, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy at the much awaited Tigo Ghana Meets Naija concert on Saturday, May 23, 2015.
The Mavins landed in Accra on the morning of Friday, May 22, to a crowd of reporters and fans who wanted to catch a glimpse of one of the hottest groups in Nigerian music before their duel at the Accra International Conference Centre.
The first lady of the record label, Tiwa Savage, was indeed not part of the team that arrived at the Kotoka International Airport as she is preoccupied with pregnancy and fast approaching her due date.
Don Jazzy, Reekado Banks, Dr SID, Korede Bello, Di’Ja, D’ Prince were full of smiles at the cameras as they joined the fleet of cars dedicated to them for their hotel in Accra before embarking on a radio tour to announce their presence.
Themed, Unleashing Unlimited Music, the 5th edition of Tigo Ghana Meets Naija concert promises to be a spectacular one as for the first time, other activities including a music industry seminar was held to help educate musicians on improving their careers.
