Prof Adabo contests NPP Assin South primaries

Professor Robert Kingsford Adaboh, Head of Chemistry Department, University of Ghana, has filed his nomination form to contest the parliamentary primaries of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Assin South Constituency.

He is campaigning on education development, job creation and fighting poverty.

Prof Adaboh, who is seeking to replace the incumbent Member of Parliament (MP), Professor Dominic Fobih, told the Ghana News Agency that he is confident the delegates would make the right judgment.

He said he would provide the necessary leadership to bring hope and lift the people out of poverty.

He said he is in talks with people to invest in the area and provide employment opportunities for the population to make their socio-economic conditions better.

Prof Adaboh says he would make sure that the party’s structures function smoothly to significantly increase its share of votes in the coming elections.
