Presidential liaison arrested over Diplomatic passport fraud

Starrfmonline.com has gathered a security liaison at the Flagstaff House called Marcus has been arrested by the Bureau of National Investigations for issuing Diplomatic Passports directly from the Castle annex.

According to credible sources, Marcus, who liaises between the President’s protection unit and the Castle annex has been conducting the illegal activity for quite some time now.

Starrfmonline.com sources also confirmed that Marcus was picked up on Wednesday and released on Thursday after undergoing interrogation by the BNI.

It is not known if his arrest is linked to the revelation that a Russian businessman in Ghana, who is on the wanted list of Russia, Ramazan Kafarov does not only hold an ordinary Ghanaian passport but also a proud owner of a Ghanaian diplomatic passport.

Circumstances under which Ramazan obtained the passport are unclear but the laws of Ghana do not allow non-citizens to obtain diplomatic passports.
