Church initiates projects

The Rosemary Owusu-Antwi Ministries is to open a school and a hospital to cater for the educational and the health needs of the poor and the needy in the society.

The church would also build an orphanage and a shelter to cater for abandoned children and prostitutes and assist them to go into a productive venture.

Prophetess Mrs Rosemary Owusu-Antwi, President of the Ministries, disclosed this at the opening of “Hagar’s Cry Conference 2015’’ at Lashibi, near Tema on Thursday.

The two-day conference,on the theme: “”A New Woman Unveiled” is aimed at lifting up the spirit of the desperate and battered women and also unearth individual gifting that God desires to use in the Kingdom.

Prophetess Owusu-Antwi, who is also the General Overseer of Christ Life Family Chapel, said there were some women who had lost hope in Christ due to the situation in which they found themselves.

She therefore urged them to have faith in God to assist them to achieve their avowed aims.

Mr Kwame Owusu-Antwi, Board Chairman of the Ministries, said established five years ago, the ministries still empowered women who were troubled and had become victims of circumstances to work hard to achieve their dreams.

‘’I encourage you today to let the past go and put on a new garment,” he said.
