Captain Koda one time member of the Pre-trial Interrogation Team of the AFRC has appealed to the NRC to arrange temporary sittings in London, Berlin and Washington to take evidence from many people in exile, who, because of their refugee status may not be able to travel to Ghana.
?There are so many of US out here with real stories to tell. The boys who rescued Rawlings from detention in June 1979 are, for example, all in the United States.
But, as refugees their passports may prevent them from traveling to their country of origin-Ghana. We are willing to talk but not all of us are in a position to travel to Ghana.?
