StarrFMonline.com has intercepted the Close-Circuit Television (CCTV) footage which captured detained Kwasi Kyei Darkwah (KKD) romancing his alleged rape victim Ewuraffe Orleans Thompson at the African Regent Hotel.
After days of undercover works in the ‘server room’ of the hotel, where such private videos are profoundly cosseted, StarrFmonline.com has taken pains to whittle down and piece together the over 12-hour long separate videos from different cameras into a six-minute storyboard to give a visual idea of what really took place before, during and after the alleged non-consensual sex bout in the bathroom.
“We believe we have a strong case and will file a supplementary application with this video,” Gary Nimako, one of the counsel of the 49-year-old on remand CEO of the Finest Productions, confidently told StarrFMonline.com after your authoritative news website verified the video from him.
Nimako and his team have already filed for bail for their embattled client at the Human Rights High Court after a Magistrate’s Court denied KKD bail late last year. The bail application is expected to be heard on January 7 – a day before the actual case at the inferior court is heard.
StarrFMonline.com can confirm the supplementary bail application will be filed today, January 2, 2015.
StarrFMonline.com’s analysis of the CCTV video which was taken with different CCTV cameras at the plush hotel, reveals that the ace broadcaster had closed to 45 minutes chat with the 19-year-old and her cousin at the foyer after the trio had entered the hotel together. Our investigations show that the parties might have met outside the hotel, exchanged pleasantries and walked in together and then stationed at the Reception Area for selfies.
They were seen in a hearty chat, sharing smiles, shaking hands and hugging a few admirers as well as took selfies together at the atrium. After the lobby session, KKD and Ewuraffe in addition to her cousin and two others used the elevator to the chalets. When they got to the corridor leading to the rooms, the rest left the duo at the entrance, where they spent close to four minutes kissing and caressing before the CCTV camera.
