It captures fashion icon Kwasi Kyei Darkwah, popularly known as KKD with Effe, (without spectacles) the 19-year-old girl who filed a complaint of sexual assault against the CEO of the Finest Productions.
Effe claims KKD sexually assaulted her, but the ace broadcaster insists they had consensual sex on the night in question.
An Earlier photo of a girl with bareback which circulated social media is said to be a false photo and not the alleged rape victim.
