Ghanaians urged to embrace agricultural production

The Reverend James Kumi-Duodu, Akim Oda, Old Town District Pastor for Ascension Presbyterian Church, has expressed the need for Ghanaians to invest in agricultural production, to improve on their livelihood.

He said the country abounds in opportunities in food and livestock production, hence the decision of the church to acquire seven acres of land at Old town for a livestock project.

Rev Kumi-Duodu made this known to Ghana News Agency apart of a four-day Church extension programme of the mission on the theme: “Be filled with the Holy Spirit.

Rev Kumi-Duodu, also the Director for Administration, for West Akyem Presbytery noted that believers could rely on the Bible for assistance in every situation, because it was spiritually designed to effect positive change under critical conditions.
