Government has directed all persons and institutions interested in the organization of the National Sanitation Day, which falls on Saturday, December 06, to contact the following phone lines: 0303939998 or 0303939999 for any assistant.
A directive by the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development is urging all Ghanaians to participate fully in the nationwide exercise in order to improve upon environmental sanitation in the country.
It will be recalled that government this year set every first Saturday of each month as a National Sanitation Day which is intended to bring back communal work days to advance the nation’s environmental cleanliness.
