Farmer runs into trouble with court

A 38-year-old farmer has been ordered by the Nyinahin Magistrate Court to pay a fine of GH¢1,800 for disturbing its proceedings and insulting behavior.

The court was in session on Thursday, November 6, when the convict walked in to create a scene, shouting insults on one of the police prosecutors, Chief Inspector Samson Cobbina.

The proceedings of the court were interrupted as the security officers tackled him.
