Christian Praise International Centre launches Foundation

The Christian Praise International Centre (CPIC), has launched a Foundation in the name of the late Professor Augustine Annor-Yeboah, Founder of the mission.

The church with its headquarters at Pig Farm in Accra was established 11 years ago, after Prof Annor-Yeboah broke away from Christ Apostolic Church.

Apostle Dr Jackson Owusu Stephen, the current Chairman of the CPIC, told Ghana News Agency in an interview that the Foundation which was inaugurated on Sunday October 26, was aimed at taking care of brilliant but needy students of the church.

He appealed to corporate bodies, benevolent societies and philanthropists to support the Foundation.

Apostle Stephen asked Ghanaians to believe and have faith in God, saying there is better life ahead and while the people should focus on good sanitation practices to avoid cholera and Ebola viral disease.

He said as current chairman of the church his vision is to win more souls for Christ, prepare the congregation for the rapture, train them to attain the image of Christ and open more branches across the globe.

The CPIC has 207 branches worldwide.
