It will be difficult for Akufo-Addo to win in 2016 – Amin Anta

The Former MCE for Tamale, Mohammed Amin Anta, who recently endorsed the candidature of Nana Akufo Addo, has said that it will be practically difficult for Nana Addo to beat John Mahama.

In a recorded conversation intercepted by this outlet, Amin Anta was heard swearing on the chances of Nana Addo and believes Alan Kyerematen would be the NPP’s easiest bet for 2016 but he is compelled to follow the crowd.

He went on to state that, “because Alan is not our candidate, we will have to do something extraordinary before we can win the 2016 elections”.

The NPP goes to polls on Saturday, and many believe Nana Akufo Addo’s seemingly massive support in the party is as a result of intimidation from his camp.
