Military Hospital project takes off in Ashanti region

A 600-bed state-of-the-art hospital project has taken off in the Ashanti region.
During a visit to the project site at Afari in the Atwima Nwabiagya District, Deputy Ashanti regional Minister Joseph Yammin praised the President for delivering on his promise to the people of the District.
“Accessibility to healthcare is the government’s priority, thus this hospital project as well as others like the Tepa District Hospital which is nearing completion.”
The project, expected to be completed within two years is one of the most important development projects to hit the area.
The Deputy Minister also assured residents of the government’s commitment to its campaign promises and urged them to expect more development projects from the John Mahama led NDC government.
He encouraged them to desist from retrogressive politicking and support the development agenda of the President and his government.
