Kwabena Adjei’s experience will give NDC victory – Aide

Bertha Ntakie, a leading member of the Kwabena Adjei Campaign Team, says the 70-year-old chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is the best person to guide the ruling political party to retain power in 2016.

She told Hello FM, a Kumasi-based radio station that experience was paramount in politics so the party’s delegates should consider that factor.

According to her, the NDC needs an experienced and mature person like Kwabena Adjei to lead the party as chairman to ensure victory in 2016.

Interestingly, the ruling NDC, which Bertha Ntakie belongs to, have continually labeled Nana Akufo-Addo, the two-time NPP presidential candidate, who is also 70 years, as an old man.

When the host of the programme asked her if the age of Dr. Kwabena Adjei would not affect his performance, Bertha Ntakie noted that Kwabena Adjei’s experienced would help him beat his competitors.

Leadership is all about how effective an individual can lead an entity to achieve the required target or results.

Aside Mr. Kwabena Adjei’s experience, Bertha Ntakie stated that the ruling NDC National Chairman led the party to secure victory in 2008 and 2012.

It doesn’t make sense for the NDC to change a winning team, she said, stressing that the NDC delegates should vote massively for Kwabena Adjei to lead the party to a third successive victory.

Bertha Ntakie said Mr. Kwabena Adjei knows everything about elections and the NDC.

“Kwabena Adjei has finished his tour of Ashanti region, where he was given a rousing welcome at almost all the places that he visited, she disclosed.
