The first edition of the most talked about Health project on Radio the
XHealthWatch was held last Saturday 30th August at the premises of Xfm
95.1 and has being described as a life changing experience by most
participants.
A program brought to life through the partnership of The Sangy
Foundation and Xfm was also well attended by listeners and fans of the
various partners.
After an early morning aerobics, participants were taken through
various health topics on the chiropractic care (spinal cord) led by
the Nova Chiropractic Health Center, Cholera and Ebola from the Sangy
Foundation which was also broadcasted live on air.
It also gave the opportunity to participants to ask questions on
various health issues followed by interactions with speakers.
With the help of the Sangy Nursing Services, participants were taken
through proper and first class health screening, consultation and
advice with the Nova Chiropractic Health Center helping them see to
their spinal needs with free massages.
The Xhealthwatch seeks to become the number one free health screening
exercise to be held monthly in Ghana and you just need to be tuned to
