Ex-Finance Minister For Court Again

Former Finance Minister, Kwame Peprah will soon be fighting another legal battle. He is reported to have instructed the Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) and National Investment Bank (NIB) to advance a loan of ?13 million and about $2.7 million respectively to Coco Palm Limited and La Palm Beach Hotel respectively. The Bank of Ghana was also said to have been instructed by the former Minister to guarantee the loans.
