The leader of the Great Consolidated Popular Party (GCPP), Dan Lartey, has blamed the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank institutions for the woes of the country.
Addressing a press conference in Accra yesterday, he said Ghana is confronted with a spectre of economic collapse created by the NDC but what is even more alarming are the prescriptions from IMF and the World Bank.
