Yendi NPP strategises for 2016

The Yendi Constituency of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has organised a day’s workshop on strategic management for its executives, electoral area coordinators and communications team members to strategise towards 2016 elections.

Alhaji Mohammed Habib Tijani, Member of Parliament (MP) appealed to the constituency executives to consult one another in undertaking initiatives towards strengthening the party.

He advised members of the communications team to do their best to publicise the good works of the party to boost its chances in the 2016 presidential and parliamentary elections.

Alhaji Tijani explained how he is spending development funds, which include using his share of the National Health Insurance Authority MPs fund in constructing Ghc 51,850.00 clinic for Nayilifong, a suburb of Yendi.

He is also using Ghc205,000 to support 330 students of tertiary institutions from the Social Intervention Programme, and Ghc20.000.00 to assist deprived volunteer teachers in the constituency.

Mr. Afred Kojo Donkor, Constituency Patron of NPP called on members of the party to contribute towards strengthening the party’s structures to function effectively.
