Elder Dr. Paul Aidoo of the Windy Ridge Assemblies of God Church, on Sunday, entreated Christians to be steadfast in the Lord despite the economic challenges.
He said Christians must remember the promises of God in these last days where there seemed to be little hope and keep to their faith adding, “the Lord will never leave you or forsake you in any situation”.
Elder Dr. Aidoo was delivering a Palm Sunday sermon on the topic: “We Shall Overcome”.
The Christian calendar makes room for Palm Sunday to signify the triumphant entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem and the beginning of His crucifixion.
Elder Dr. Aidoo said Christ had already conquered the world for Christians and must know that all situations would work together for their general good.
