NPP must elect leaders with futuristic mind sets – Amankwah-Sarfo

A frontrunner for the National Vice-Chairmanship position in the upcoming New Patriotic Party (NPP) national executive elections, Fred Kwaku Amankwah-Sarfo, has appealed to party delegates to vote for innovative leaders to win power for the party in 2016.

Kwaku Amankwah-Sarfo who expressed much appreciation with the incumbent NPP national executives, noted that, in-spite of their tremendous leadership, there must be a change for ground-breaking headship like him.

“Nothing stops an organization faster than people who believe that the way you worked yesterday is the best way to work tomorrow. Our success at the 2016 election depends on doing things differently. Let us build on our past experiences, but we should not lock our destiny in the past,” he said.

Adding that, “contemporary politics is a journey from experience to innovation, the future have always belonged to people who are prepared, willing and capable to challenge and break the status quo”.

Speaking to Peacefmonline.com, the aspiring national vice-chairman assured that he will work assiduously to help the NPP win the elections in 2016, with his yet-to-be elected national executives.

“Vote number 8 on the ballot for humble Fred Kwaku Amankwah- Sarfo as the next Vice Chairperson of the New Patriotic Party. If I come on board to join a dedicated team of National Executive Officers with a commitment and tenacity of purpose and a three tier approach to winning election 2016…

“…A vote for humble Fred is a vote for unity in our diversity, effective political communication and the implementation of a strategic management plan to help the NPP win the empathy and mandate of Ghanaians to win election 2016,” he noted.
