The Ghanaian LAB DC Group in Abidjan for the MASA

Thanks to the support of Institut Français of Ghana and Alliance Française, the LAB DC group, a multi-disciplinary performance group in Music, Dance, and Theatre at the School of Performing Arts of the University of Ghana, will be performing in Abidjan at the beginning of March, during the official selection of MASA (Market for African Performing Arts).
LAB DC was initiated in 2012 by a German artist/cultural anthropologist Petra Kron as an intercultural and cross-cultural program of the School of Performing Arts of the University of Ghana.
The group has performed at different venues on campus and other cultural centres including Alliance Française in Accra. The Group also successfully preformed across Ghana and Burkina Faso with its maiden production “Snakes and/or Ladders”, staged at the National Theatre of Ghana in August 2013, with a tour supported by Institut Français of Ghana.
