Fortiz should produce records of their ‘susu’ collection abilities

Sammy Awuku, National Youth Organizer contestant of the NPP has charged Fortiz Private Equity Fund Ltd to produce records of their ‘susu’ collection before Ghanaians can believe their competence in managing a big entity like Merchant Bank.

Mr. Awuku who is currently in a race to contest the National Youth Organizer position of the NPP, told Okay FM that to the best of his knowledge, no available record shows that Fortiz Private Equity Fund Ltd has been in financial operations for more than seven months.

“This is a company (Fortiz) that hasn’t collected ‘susu’ at Okaishie Market before, but they have been given the green light to manage a bank. When the attention of Bank of Ghana was drawn, the managers told Ghanaians that they no longer care about competence,” Mr. Awuku said.

The NPP stalwart asserted that “if Ghanaians don’t act now and allow the NDC have their way all the time, they will connive with their cronies and sell off all our assets including our own flesh”.
