A Senior Research Fellow at the Legon Centre for International Affairs and Diplomacy, Dr. Vladimir Antwi-Danso, says Osagyefo Nkrumah’s ideals are still relevant today.
He said virtues, such as patriotism, self-reliance amongst others are gradually ending in national affairs.
In an interview with Radio Ghana, Dr. Antwi Danso expressed sadness at the manner in which the Founders Day idea has been carried.
He indicated that, Dr. Nkrumah is not the country’s founder, saying others begun the independence struggle before him, therefore, singling out the Osagyefo as the sole founder of Ghana is not a good antecedent.
