The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Diaspora Supporters Union would like to congratulate the good people of Ghana for once again upholding the flags of Ghana high by also demonstrate to the whole world that our nation has come of age and is a beacon of rule of law and democracy.
Ghanaians back home have made us proud by keeping the peace and demonstrating the love for country and one another after the Supreme Court verdict on Thursday August 29, 2013 upheld John Mahama’s presidency as valid.
We continue to pray for peace in the country. we would also like to use this opportunity to thank the nine-member panel of Justices for administering justice, also to all the parties involved in the dispute, the government ,the security services, the media, chiefs and religious leaders and of course all Ghanaians for keeping peace at this trail moment of our political history. To us, the final verdict means victory for Ghanaians, Africa and African living everywhere.
