Prestea Huni/Valley Assembly endorses DCE

Mr Robert Wisdom Cudjoe has been endorsed for the second time as the Prestea Huni/Valley District Chief Executive (DCE).

Out of the 46 assembly members, 44 were present at a special meeting to confirm the president’s nominee.

The incumbent DCE polled all the 44 votes, which represented 100 per cent.

Mr Cudjoe thanked the assembly members and the National Democratic Congress executives in the district for the confidence reposed in him.

He promised to work harder and closely with the assembly members to ensure that every electoral area in the district is developed.

Mr Alfred Ekow Gyan, Deputy Western Regional Minster, congratulated the assembly members together with the departmental heads for working as a team to support the DCE.

Mr David Agatiba, the Presiding Member, said the entire assembly members would continue to unite and co-operate with Mr Cudjoe to enable him improve the present state of the district.
